Permanent or Consulting PositionsOur fees are paid by our client companies. We deal only with companies we feel we could work for ourselves. The following list represents a sample of our current jobs: Software Engineers: The Software Engineer position reports to the Director of Development for project performance, and coordinates technical activities with the Technical Lead. Role:The Software Engineer performs programming level design and implementation as part of a module/component development team for our product development projects Responsibilities: Participate in the Detailed Level Design of assigned module/components for our product development projects. Participate in the development of coding standards, development methodology, continuous process improvement, and project estimation. Provide peer review for other programmers on the module/component team. Design, implement, and test as part of a module/component development team for our product development projects. Support QA testing and documentation at module and integration levels Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the design and development of complex distributed software applications. At least 2 years of this experience will be in commercial products delivered to market, with some familiarity with Internet related products. Skills: The successful candidate must be team oriented with strong communication and team work skills. The applicant will have substantial direct, hands-on experience with .NET, C#, Java, and JavaScript and familiarity with modern object-oriented and system level programming languages such as C, C++, and either the Windows or UNIX-based environments. Education: B.S. degree or above in Computer Science, Math, physical sciences, or engineering Salaries from $40K to $90K+; In Fairfield and New Haven Counties, CT. Object Oriented and Web Programmers: Webmasters: Oracle or SQL Server DBAs: UNIX Systems Administrators: Oracle Programmer/Analysts:
